On 22 January 2008, the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation organized in Moscow the Civic Forum “The development of Civic Society in the Russian Federation”.
On 23 January 2008, the first Plenary Session of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation took place in Moscow.
The European Economic and Social Committee and the Economic and Social Councils of Greece and France participated in the above events. The representatives of all institutions involved had the opportunity to exchange views on further cooperation among them with the common aim of promoting social dialogue.
The Greek delegation consisted of Mr. Ioannis Stefanou, Vice-President, Ms Zoe Lanara, Member of the Executive Committee, and Dr. Martha Theodorou, Head of International and Public Relations.
